Sales Assistance
We offer both sales assistance and sales training. Sales assistance can be either 1) acting as your sales team or 2) selling with your team to help you find and close more business. For companies without a sales team or who need sales leadership, 220 Cornerstone can act as the sales team for your company and take the sale from prospecting for leads to closing the deal. We call that Acting Sales Team.
And for those organizations with a sales team without leadership, we can fill that role for you and provide award-winning sales leadership for short-term or long-term engagements. We can also work with you in a hybrid scenario that we call Sell With, where we work with whomever is selling today to find opportunities and move the deals through the walk to close working with you and your team.

In today’s ‘transaction-oriented’ business environment the science of managing frequently trumps the art, passion and commitment to being a good leader. Managing people requires suitable leadership skills and a ‘spirit’ to lead. Since effective leadership is not an innate quality, it requires an intentional passion and commitment to be good at it. You may have been the captain of your sports team but that does not necessarily mean you are good leader. There have been many captains who worked hard, were blessed with talent and developed skill as athletes; but they were ‘drivers’ and not leaders. Thus, they were polarizing figures to their teammates. Imagine that quandary for a moment; have you ever been that captain, or known a boss or an employee that exhibited those characteristics?
